1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the aq333 website accessible at https://aq333.cc and all associated services, games, betting markets, and account features made available therein.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the aq333 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the aq333 Platform following completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including cash balance and any eligible bonus balance.

• "Business Day" means any weekday (Monday to Friday) that is not a public holiday in Bangladesh, measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the aq333 Platform in any way — including but not limited to browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a Bonus — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of: (a) the moment you click "Register" or otherwise submit an account registration form; (b) the moment you complete a deposit transaction; or (c) the moment you place a wager on the Platform. If you are accessing the Platform without a registered Account, your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age

Access to the aq333 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account or using the Platform, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. aq333 may at any time request documentary proof of your age. If you are unable to provide satisfactory age verification documentation, your Account may be suspended and any Balance may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 Personal Use Only

You must register and use the aq333 Platform solely on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes. You must not act as an agent or nominee for another person, and you must not open an Account on behalf of a third party. All wagers must be placed with funds that belong to you and are not derived from any unlawful activity.

3.3 One Account per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the aq333 Platform. If aq333 identifies that a Player holds multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment method details — all duplicate Accounts may be closed and any Balances across all accounts may be forfeited. The Player may be permanently banned from re-registering on the Platform.

3.4 Restricted Jurisdictions

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the aq333 Platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction. aq333 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. If you reside in a restricted jurisdiction, you must not register or use the Platform.

4. Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the aq333 Platform, you must complete the registration process via the aq333 Login page. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and primary payment method. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 KYC Verification

aq333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering principles. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any other time aq333 deems appropriate — you may be required to submit identity verification documents including, but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days);

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request will result in your Account being placed under review, with withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aq333 Login username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. aq333 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to notify aq333 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. aq333 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

aq333 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in BDT: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at aq333's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Cashier page of your Account dashboard at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be subject to change. aq333 reserves the right to impose individual account-level limits based on transaction history, KYC status, or risk assessment.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets are typically credited to your aq333 Account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) Business Day to be credited. aq333 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by aq333 within one (1) Business Day of submission, provided that all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding verification is pending. Funds are transferred to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed. aq333 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.5 Currency Conversion

All transactions on the aq333 Platform are processed in BDT. If your payment provider processes your transaction in a different currency, any conversion fees or exchange rate differences are solely your responsibility. aq333 bears no liability for currency conversion costs imposed by third-party payment providers.

5.6 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. aq333 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant Accounts following written notice to the registered email address. The administration fee will not reduce the Account Balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by completing a successful aq333 Login and contacting support if required.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, voucher credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by aq333 are subject to these general conditions and to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the general conditions herein and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded by aq333 carry a wagering requirement. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real-money stakes on eligible games within the specified validity period. Wagering on certain game types (including, but not limited to, live sports betting and specific table games) may contribute less than 100% toward satisfying a wagering requirement — full details are provided on each individual promotion page.

6.3 Bonus Validity & Forfeiture

All bonuses have a defined validity period, typically stated in days from the date of credit. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain subject to an unsatisfied wagering requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation. aq333 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if it suspects the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or through fraudulent means.

6.4 Prohibition on Bonus Abuse

aq333 reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reverse any bonus if there is reasonable evidence that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk or hedged wagers for the primary purpose of satisfying wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; or using automated tools to systematically exploit promotional offers. Accounts engaged in bonus abuse may be permanently closed.

7. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games and cricket betting markets available on the aq333 Platform are provided by third-party game studios and data providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 7.2 Wager Acceptance

7.4 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

Cricket betting markets on aq333 cover domestic and international tournaments including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches. All cricket betting is subject to aq333's sport-specific rules, which are published on the Cricket page and may be updated prior to any tournament. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared no-result, specific settlement rules will apply as communicated at the time of the event.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aq333 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of Account Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing any person under 21 to access or use your Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or theft;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;

• Attempting to access any part of the Platform's backend systems, databases, or administrative interfaces without authorisation;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or gain access to the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aq333 staff, customer support agents, or other Players in any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

aq333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Bangladesh players. We believe that online gaming should be an enjoyable, controlled form of entertainment — never a source of financial hardship or personal distress. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered Player directly from the Account dashboard:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aq333 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform content; use any Platform content for commercial purposes; or remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any Platform material.

All third-party game content displayed on the aq333 Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is used by aq333 under licence. Any unauthorised use of such content is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aq333 expressly excludes all liability for:

Nothing in these Terms limits aq333's liability for death or personal injury caused by aq333's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Where aq333's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted.

The aq333 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aq333 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

aq333 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

aq333 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorised third parties. Payment information is processed securely through our payment partners and is not stored in plain text on our systems.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the aq333 Platform's operations. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting aq333 at [email protected] and allowing aq333 a reasonable period — not less than thirty (30) days — to investigate and respond to your concern.

If informal resolution is not achieved within the specified period, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of all arbitration proceedings shall be English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
